MMOsite Shop Rules and Policies

MMOsite Shop's policies are rules and guidelines that help to create a safe, fair and enjoyable trading environment for all shop members. As a buyer, you are responsible for reviewing and understanding shop’s policies, as well as all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in the User Agreement.

MOsite Shop’s policies are intended to:
•Support government laws and regulations
•Minimize risks to buyers
•Provide equal opportunity to all buyers

•Provide an enjoyable buying experience

•Support the values of the MMOsite Community

Buyers cannot:
•Commit to purchasing an item without paying.
•Ask for the refund after you received the key codes. If there’s any problem with the key codes, you may contact us via : shop@mmosite.com To understand the penalties, please refer to the Unpaid Item Policy.

Unpaid Item Policy:
If we found the payment was be reversed to the buyer’s account without our permission,  we may consider this as a scam and ask the game official to cancel the key code which the buyer have bought and ban scammer’s game account.

Meanwhile, the buyers MMOsite account may be suspended.

Why was my account suspended?
There are many reasons why an account may be suspended from MMOsite, but in the shop, mostly because:

What if the code is not working?

Because of the nature of game codes, account logins, and passwords, once they are sent out they can never be sent to another customer if returned. Because of this we are unable to give a refund for purchased codes once they have been sent to you.

If you have a code that you believe to be defective we will be happy to check the code and replace it if an issue is found.  Please see our page about replacing defective codes.

Defective Codes:

For all code issues, your contact is: shop@mmosite.com. Please take the time to follow these instructions before making contact.

If you get an error that tells you a code is invalid, or has already been used, please check to make sure that you are entering the code in the proper location. Entering an upgrade code in a game time location will give an error that it is not valid or has already been used. This goes for all code entries if you do not enter them in the proper location.

Make sure you are copying and pasting the code from the original we sent you. When you paste the code, make sure that there are no spaces before or after the code. If, for some reason, you must enter the code in manually, be aware that some codes normally do not contain one (1) or zero (0). They are the letters "I" and "O".

If your code is still not working, please email shop@mmosite.com with a copy of the non-working code and a screenshot of non-working error message. Some of our codes are manually typed in and have an average error rate of less than 0.1%. We will compare your code with the original. If a typo is found, we will provide you with the corrected code.
